The "Sliver Sisters" are all finished.......and all SOLD
This group of Sliver Sister dolls are all SOLD.
I thought it would be fun to show you all four of the "Sliver Sisters" finished.
The only one that is still available is the one on the right in the faced floral gown.
They are only 6" tall, not including their long baby gowns and they are jointed at the hips. All of their clothes and bonnets are hand sewn. This was just too much fun.......................but a lot of work.
Enjoy the photos.
If you have questions or are interested in one just email me toysintheattic@sympatico.ca
Now it is time to work on something a little larger!!

They're stunning!
Just stumbled upon your blog. Your dolls are beautiful!
These are such a lovely grouping of ladies! I love the colors you use, it just brings them to life~
These remind me of dolls dating back to the 1800's. I love the second one in particular. But all of them are equally stunning.
They're lovely! Small is fun but very fiddly when it comes to the clothes- sleeves are my bugbear!
Do you use vintage fabric for their gowns? And are the arms part fabric and part wood? I'm well interested here!
Kathy, as ever your dolls are perfect replicas of the 1700's era and I love the way you beautifully incorporate truly vintage fabrics. That search is a never ending story, yes? Your Sliver sisters are indeed adorable, as are all of your amazing Queen Anne girls.
The doll that is available of them is the one that I chose as my favorite. Hmmm...
Christine
